I am passionate about food and have the tummy to prove it. I was born in Hummus Land (Lebanon, KCT), lived in Baguette Land (France, Rouen), Khabees Land (UAE, Dubai) and now living in Sunday Roast Dinner Land (UK, London).
I love travelling – which I do quite a bit of – keeping me out of my kitchen. I am also passionate about brands and this is what I do for a living.
My cooking style is very diverse mixing different techniques and flavours from around the world. My kryptonite is okra (lady fingers) and I am totally ok with it! My super powers rely on my sous vide machine!
